Day 7 - Place you want to visit the most.

There are many places that I want to visit and travel to, but if given the opportunity to visit one place, I would choose Alaska for a US visit or Rome for a foreign country visit.

I have always loved the snow covered mountains, forest and amazing views they have. I wish to see the Northern lights once in person, because I think thay would be amazing. 

Rome has many historical and architectural places that would be amazing to see. I would choose Rome over Alaska any day though because of the age of the buildings that I would be able to view in person.

Day 6 - Favorite Vacation

I went on my first and only cruise (so far) in August 2010. Due to a recent hurricane we were not able to leave the Jacksonville port until 10pm a good 9 hours late from the original time. Because of the travel time lost our cruise schedule changed from Freeport and Nassau Bahamas to Key West, FL and Freeport, Bahamas. We experienced rain our whole first day of traveling and rough seas to where walking sideways was the normal. 

We had 1 day traveling, 4 hours in Key West one day, 4 hours in Freeport the next day and the last day was all traveling. Although there was way too much time on the ship and this got to be exhausting and expensive, we were still able to enjoy the times that we had in our ports, though the times were not as long as they should have been on a normal cruise.

I plan on going on another cruise and setting it up well before hurricane season and plan to enjoy the excursions we had intended to in the first place. Even though we had a lot of downs during the trip, this is still my favorite vacation because I got to see and do things I haven't before. I went snorkeling in Key West and visited the home of Ernest Hemingway and we did some shopping and sightseeing in Freeport. My boyfriend and I were able to get away from everything and relax, get some sun and enjoy our time and our vacation together.
